Privacy policy
This document describes what actually happens to data on this site. It describes the real setup, not a template copied off the internet.
- No analytics
- No advertising pixels
Data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through this site is ActiveZone spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (a Polish limited liability company) with its registered office at ul. Feliksa Konecznego 4/13U, 31-215 Kraków, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6832148696, REGON 542417453.
For anything regarding your personal data, email activezonekrk@gmail.com or write to the registered office address. You can also call +48 501 719 252.
What data we collect
The site collects data from two forms only. There are no user accounts, no cart and no login.
Contact form: your name, phone number, optionally an email address, the topic you picked and the text of your message.
Review form at /en/rate-us/: the rating you chose, the text of your message, and optionally your name and contact details if you decide to leave them.
Beyond that, the site stores small interface preferences in your browser. They never leave your device and cannot identify you.
Purpose and legal basis
Data from both forms is processed for one purpose: to answer your enquiry or to respond to the feedback you sent. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of processing that already took place.
Who processes the data
Netlify - hosting. The site files sit on their servers and their infrastructure handles every connection to the site.
n8n on a Hostinger server - form handling. This is where the content of a submitted form goes, and this is the system that passes it on to the studio inbox.
Google - the map on the contact page only, and only if you click the button that loads it. Until you click, no connection to Google is made.
We do not sell data, we do not pass it on for marketing, and we do not profile anyone.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no analytics tools, embeds no advertising pixels and runs no remarketing. Fonts are served from our own server, so loading them does not connect you to any external service.
The Google map on the contact page loads only after you click. Until then the site sets no third-party files and sends your data to nobody except the hosting provider that handles the connection itself.
Once you click the map button, Google may set its own files and collect data under its own privacy policy. That is your decision, which is exactly why the map does not load on its own.
This statement describes the situation on the day the site went live and stops being true the moment any analytics tool or advertising pixel is added. Adding one makes a consent banner necessary and requires this document to be updated.
How long we keep it
We keep the content of your message for as long as it is needed to handle the matter, and afterwards for the period arising from any potential claims. If you want your message deleted sooner, just ask.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.
